I love your Caftans but I’m hesitant about the fit. How do I get it right?
Our Caftans are elegant, cozy and one size generally fits all. But, if you have any specific fitting requirements for us to consider, you can always mention it at the time of your checkout under the ‘notes’ section and we will take care of it.

What countries do you ship to?
Our goal is to make our designs accessible to women across the globe so we ship anywhere in the world.
How many days will it take for my package to deliver?
Once you place your order on our website your package will be delivered to you within the span of 1-2 weeks.
How will I know if my order is placed after I make the payment?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the details of the purchased items along with the order number.
How do I track my order?
All our orders are shipped by FedEx or DHL. Once you checkout, we will send you your order number. You can simply go ahead and track your shipment with this order number at:

depending upon which courier your shipment has been shipped from.
What is your Return Policy?
If there is any error on our part, you can return the item to us for a 100% refund.
However, if you simply change your mind after you receive the robes we can refund 75% on receipt of the items back. Please note that since all items are custom made so we cannot offer more than a 75% refund. Following are the conditions to return the item:
• Return/ Size Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
• The tags on the product should be intact.
• The product should be unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
